LOVELAND, Colo.—Lewis-Palmer had victories in the 200 medley and 200 freestyle relays to win the Class 4A boy’s swimming and diving championship Saturday at the Mountain View Aquatic Center.

Alex Eldredge swam the last leg of both relays, won by Lewis-Palmer with times of 1:38.38 in the medley and 1:27.70 in the freestyle. Lewis-Palmer finished with 322 points, besting second-place Fossil Ridge (220) and Cheyenne Mountain (211).

Moffat County’s Cole Worsley, one of two returning Class 4A state champions, won the 50-yard freestyle in 21.22 seconds, but lost the 100-yard butterfly title to Ryan Arata, who won with a time of 50.82 seconds.

Pueblo South’s Tanner Krall, last year’s 100-yard breaststroke champ, won the event in 56.72 seconds, a 4A record.
