Home values at Lowry have increased more than in other comparable neighborhoods throughout the metropolitan region, according to a new study by the Genesis Group.
Single-family detached homes in Lowry appreciated an average of 7.2 percent a year from 2000 to 2008, compared with 1.8 percent in Denver as a whole and an average of 6 percent in neighborhoods such as Cherry Creek, Congress Park, Hilltop, Montclair, Stapleton and Washington Park.
Townhomes, lofts and condominiums in Lowry appreciated an average of 5.4 percent a year from 2000 to 2008, compared with 2.4 percent a year for Denver and an average of 3.5 percent in the comparable neighborhoods. Margaret Jackson, The Denver Post
