ASPEN, Colo.—The attorney for a man accused of making sexual advances on a minor and providing alcohol to the youth says Aspen prosecutors have offered a plea deal.
Forty-six-year-old Dandy Vickery faces seven counts of unlawful sexual contact and 20 counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Defense attorney Kathy Goudy said Monday that prosecutors offered the plea deal on Friday, but she said she could not discuss the terms of the offer. Prosecutors declined comment.
Vickery was arrested in March on a Pitkin County warrant stemming from alleged incidents in or around Rubey Park. He also faces three counts of being a habitual criminal following felony convictions in Utah and Washington.
Vickery is jailed on $15,000 bail.
He’s due in court June 1.
