ANCHORAGE, Alaska — The mother of Bristol Palin’s ex-fiance has agreed to plead guilty in a felony drug case involving OxyContin, a strong prescription painkiller.
Attorney Rex Butler says 42-year-old Sherry Johnston will plead guilty July 31 to a count of possession with intent to deliver. Butler said the state has agreed to dismiss five other drug charges against Johnston.
Levi Johnston, 19, and Bristol Palin, the 18-year-old daughter of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, broke off their engagement after the Dec. 27 birth of their son, Tripp.
