A driver and passenger were able to run away after rolling their truck as they ran from Commerce City police this afternoon.
One was chased down, cuffed and taken to a hospital, but the other got away, police said.
He is described as white with brown hair, between 18 and 21 years old, about five feet, eight inches tall, weighing between 130 and 150 pounds. He was injured to some extent in the crash. He was wearing a red shirt, blue jeans and no shoes.
Police first saw the F-250 pickup truck driving erratically on East 56th Avenue at Holly Street.
The truck sped away from a police officer, clipping another vehicle at East 56th Avenue and Brighton Boulevard.
The driver lost control of the pickup truck in the 6200 block of Brighton Boulevard, rolling the pickup several times, police said.
