A team of two Denver intellectual-property law firms, Sheridan Ross PC and Swanson & Bratschun LLC, received a 10-year contract to provide patent services to the National Institutes of Health for biotechnology inventions.
The award is one of only six provided to firms throughout the nation, the firms said. The patent protection of NIH research helps to transfer technology from the lab to commercialization.
