WILMINGTON, Del. — Anchor Blue Retail Group Inc., owner of specialty retailer Anchor Blue and Most clothing chains, filed for bankruptcy protection so it can sell 73 stores to Levi Strauss & Co.
The company, based in Ontario, Calif., listed assets of less than $50,000 and debt of as much as $500 million in Chapter 11 documents filed Wednesday.
