DENVER—A Powerball ticket sold in the Denver suburb of Aurora matched the first five numbers drawn Wednesday to win the game’s second prize of $200,000.

The Colorado Lottery says the ticket was sold at a Circle K at 16070 E. 6th Avenue. The winner did not immediately come forward.

The ticket was one of 12 across the country to hit the first five numbers, but miss the Powerball.

Wednesday’s winning numbers were 5, 6, 12, 16 and 21. The Powerball was 7 and the multiplier was 3. A ticket sold in Winner, S.D., matched all six numbers to win the $232.1 million jackpot.

Winners have 180 days from May 27 to claim their prizes.

Powerball is played in 30 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
