A 52-year-old Edwards man has been arrested for investigation of sexual exploitation of children after an investigation by the FBI and the Eagle County Sheriff’s Department.
Being held on $10,000 bail at the Eagle County Detention Center is Marc Lindholm, who was arrested Tuesday by detectives with the Sheriff’s Department.
According to an arrest warrant, Lindholm was accused of being in possession of more than 20 pictures of child pornography, a felony offense.
Shannon Cordingly, spokesperson for the Sheriff’s Department, said that the investigation was initiated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and that local authorities became involved in November.
She said Lindholm was arrested at his place of employment, Colorado Mountain Express in Edwards.
