Mr. Shaw, I hope you will return TONIGHT to Barolo, because many of your opinions are way off the mark. Just last night my family and I had the most stunningly served and creatively prepared meal we have had in Denver. Barolo continues to experiment with the newest of ingredients. Every season we find exciting new dishes and yet continue to appreciate the old favorites.

Thanks for your piece on Barolo. My partner and I have eaten there several times. The first time we came away thinking it was one of the best meals we had ever eaten. Our second and third visits were fine, but definitely not world-class. I’m with you: Both the room and the menu need refreshing.
