The Obama administration requested a full appeals court hearing of its request to dismiss a lawsuit against Douglas County-based Jeppesen Dataplan Inc., a Boeing Co. unit, that claims the company disguised the CIA’s delivery of suspected terrorists to secret prisons where they were tortured.

The request comes after a three-judge panel of a federal appeals court in April rejected a request by the White House to throw the case out on grounds that national security would be jeopardized if it’s allowed to proceed, and sent the case back to a district judge in San Jose, Calif.
