COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Police say a woman is suspected of trying to run over her husband and another woman with her car after seeing them riding together in a motorcycle.
Colorado Springs police arrested 48-year-old Joyce Colangelo Thursday night and she is being held without bond at the El Paso County jail on investigation attempted murder and driving under the influence.
Police say Colangelo was driving drunk when she saw 48-year-old Richard Roever riding a Harley-Davidson with a woman on the back and became jealous. Police say Colangelo used her Pontiac Sunfire to ram the motorcycle until Roever fell with 42-year-old Diedre Herrera, the passenger.
Police say Colangelo was trying to hit them again but a good Samaritan used his car to block her path.
