Do you want to be featured on TV with your house?

HGTV is looking for homeowners in metro Denver who would like to participate in a new makeover show.

Prospective subjects should have recently experienced a major life transition. Examples given in a news release include those who have recently become single again, new parents of multiples, returning veterans, empty nesters or survivors of a serious illness.

Candidates must:

  •  Own their own home and live in the Denver area.
  •  Have an amazing story and be comfortable sharing it on camera.
  •  Have two spaces to be transformed with a fresh coat of paint.
  •  Be available, enthusiastic and have the energy to work alongside the show’s interior designer, Jennifer Bertrand, during the makeover.

The “design/painting project will be inspired by the transition they have currently undergone in their lives,” the release said. The program hopes to begin shooting within the next month.
