AURORA — Police are investigating felony menacing allegations against a Denver police officer stemming from an incident at a McDonald’s restaurant.
Aurora police began investigating after a complaint from an employee at the restaurant. Police say the incident occurred at 3:20 a.m. on May 21.
The officer’s name hasn’t been released because no charges have been filed. The officer hasn’t been arrested. No other details have been made public.
