Roger Clemens said he might write a book to get his side of the story out in his nasty dispute with Brian McNamee, his former trainer. McNamee has accused Clemens of using steroids and human growth hormone, charges the seven-time Cy Young Award winner vehemently denies. Clemens filed a defamation suit, much of which was dismissed, and it remains unclear whether it will go to trial. “All I can do is try to get a proper venue to argue my case. Once I’m able to do that, the fans will know the full story,” Clemens said. Or, on the other hand, Clemens could heed these immortal words: “Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt.” The Associated Press
