Crockett Gilmore, a 6-foot-6, 225-pound tight end from Bushland (Texas) High School, said he verbally committed to Colorado State this week.
CSU was one of several camps he visited, including Mountain West rivals TCU and New Mexico.
Gilmore, who also plays defensive end for the Class 2A school near Amarillo, said: “After visiting the other schools, (CSU) is where I want to be.”
