GOLDEN, Colo.—Authorities are looking for a prisoner who walked away from a minimum-security state prison in Golden.
Police say 22-year-old Joshua Yapp escaped from Camp George West, a minimum secrurity prison in Golden.
Yapp was serving a drug possession sentence. Authorities describe him as a white man about 5’7″ with blue eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing grey sweat pants, a green ball cap, and tennis shoes or boots.
Police confirmed the escape Wednesday night but did not say exactly when they think Yapp walked away.
