Getting your player ready...

Travel continues to evolve as folks face continuing challenges, both positive and negativean abundance of options, budget and time constraints, information overload, scheduling conflicts, open borders. In addition, technology offers more enhanced opportunities than ever to explore the world.

To meet your changing needs, the Travel section of The Denver Post has made changes, as well.

To help you get where you want to go, we’re planning consumer-oriented pieces that will get you more bang for your buck. Look for more stories that explore travel trends and current events, find bargains and stick closer to home. We’ll still bring you great vacation and business destinations, but more of them will come from the voices at The Denver Post that you already know and trust.

Also, you asked for a faster, more user-friendly website that better organizes your favorite parts of the section and offers more travel content than you find in the print product. Visit to see the exciting new site we’ve implemented.

Please keep checking in, because we have more plans in the works for the newspaper and website, including an interactive component focused on the resort areas.

And as always, thank you for sharing the journey with us, and continued safe travels.
