Tower 100 LLC has purchased the 100-unit apartment building at 3130 West Louisiana Ave. in Denver for $5,350,000 or $53,500 per unit. Kevin Higgins and Ryan Floyd of Unique Properties LLC-TCN Worldwide brokered both sides of the transaction.
