WINDSOR — A man who police say refused to pull over after he was spotted driving 88 mph in a 45-mph speed zone along Colorado 392 at Westgate Drive early Saturday hit a guardrail, then led a Larimer County sheriff’s deputy on a high-speed chase across the Poudre River and into the town of Windsor, where police say speeds reached 110 mph.

The man who police identified as Levi Korgan, 22, of Greeley, lost control of his car but not before crashing into three parked cars after he crossed Seventh Street in Windsor, authorities said.

No one was injured.

Korgan was treated for minor injuries at Medical Center of the Rockies before being taken to the Larimer County Detention Center.

He was charged with eluding, reckless driving, driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license, authorities said.
