To improve skin tone and appearance, eat avocados, walnuts, almonds, salmon, berries, cherries and romaine lettuce. Emphasizing these foods in your diet is less expensive than cosmetic surgery, and makes you feel and look good from the inside out. Kathy Loidolt, “Shopper’s Guide to Healthy Living”
