• Because of a reporting error, a brief on Page 2B in some editions of Friday’s paper incorrectly reported the percentage of Pawnee National Grassland closed to recreational gun shooting over safety concerns. Less than one-fifth of 1 percent of the grasslands was closed.
• Because of a reporting error, a story on Page 1A Sunday incorrectly described a person found dead at home in April with numerous hospital syringes scattered around as a Sky Ridge Medical Center employee. The person worked for a staffing agency and had been assigned to Sky Ridge. The previous week, Sky Ridge had asked that the person not be assigned to the hospital again after patients complained they did not get their medicine.
