CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A Southwest Airlines 737 aircraft made an emergency landing in West Virginia after the passenger cabin became depressurized when a 1-by-1-foot hole appeared in the fuselage. Officials said the plane, which originated in Nashville, Tenn., and was headed to Baltimore, landed without incident and that no one was injured.
