MONTREAL — Investigators are trying to determine what caused a chunk of concrete to come crashing down from the side of a Montreal hotel, killing a woman as she ate at a sushi restaurant.
Lea Guilbeault, 33, was dining with her husband Thursday night when the concrete tumbled 17 stories and crashed through the restaurant window.
