SAN ANTONIO — Police said they found a 3 1/2-week-old infant stabbed and decapitated in a home Sunday and his mother screaming that the devil told her to kill her son.
Otty Sanchez, 33, of San Antonio was taken to a hospital in critical condition with self- inflicted stab wounds to her chest and stomach, said police spokesman Joe Rios. A sword, a machete and a knife were taken from the home.
Officers found two children unharmed at the home.
