The U.S. attorney’s office in Denver on Tuesday announced child-pornography charges against a 52-year-old substitute teacher from Colorado Springs.
Kyle Gregory Speed was indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of transportation and possession of child pornography.
The indictment states Speed used his computer to transmit two video files depicting children engaged in sexual intercourse.
The seven-count indictment also alleges he owned three computers dating back to 1995 that contained child pornography as well as a “thumb drive” storage device that held child pornography.
