WASHINGTON — Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, R-Texas, will resign her seat this fall to focus on challenging Texas’ incumbent Republican governor, Rick Perry, she told a talk-radio host in Dallas on Wednesday. The gubernatorial primary will be next March.
