Celebrate Breckenridge’s 150th Aug. 8-10. Starting Saturday, the town will host the Masons at the 100th anniversary of the Summit County Courthouse and the unveiling of the time capsule contents that were placed in a copper box 100 years ago. Through the rest of the weekend, there will be an Arts District celebration, kids’ village on the Barney Ford Museum lawn, the Breckenridge myth-buster tent, blacksmithing, mining demonstrations, carriage rides, live music and fireworks.
