A Best Buy store employee was cut on the fingers during a scuffle with a shoplifter who then got away this afternoon, police said.
The man ran to a waiting gray 1995 Pontiac sedan outside the Flat Irons Mall store and got away. A woman with dark hair and eyeglasses was behind the wheel, said Broomfield police Sgt. Mark Goddell.
Police are looking for a bald white or Latino man, about 6-feet tall who was wearing a red T-shirt. The Pontiac’s Colorado license plate was 105-919G, said Goddell.
The man was approached by store employees after he was seen taking two portable hard drives.
