A man died after being gunned down in a Denver alley early Wednesday.
The victim, who was not identified, was shot about 2:45 a.m. in the 1400 block alley between Ogden and Emerson streets, Denver police said in a news release.
A suspect, 26-year-old Charles Garlick, was taken into custody at West Colfax Avenue and Delaware Street and is being held on suspicion of first-degree murder, police said.
