TransDigm Group, a Cleveland-based maker of aircraft components, said it bought a line of aerospace products from a subsidiary of Fort Collins-based Woodward Governor for $48 million.

The acquired line includes fuel and pneumatic valves and surge suppressors used on military rotary and fixed-wing aircraft, TransDigm said Monday in a statement.

The company said the acquisition is its fourth in 10 months and that the products will become part of its AeroControlex business in fiscal 2010.
