Good Times Restaurants Inc., a Golden-based operator of hamburger-oriented drive-through restaurants, is exploring a move to take the company private.
Good Times formed a committee to evaluate strategic alternatives to enhance shareholder value and explore alternatives to being a publicly held entity. It also hired Austin, Texas-based Mastodon Ventures Inc. to explore the long-term business prospects of the company.
In a statement Friday, Good Times said it does not intend to provide updates or make further comment until the outcome or until there are significant developments.
