Six-year-old Joaquin Picaso’s family has been camping and fishing in the Flat Tops for four generations. The youngster had been trying on previous occasions, but this July he caught his first brown trout.
Joaquin’s grandfather, Ronald, has spent the past 28 years taking youth groups into the wilds with the Denver Department of Recreation and the Denver Police Department. No word on whether the camo and curls helped with his approach.
