A 17-year-old boy allegedly fired a pistol into an occupied home this afternoon, prompting officials to put nearby schools on lockdown, Broomfield police said.
No one was hurt, and the teen, who was not named because of his age, was quickly arrested.
Police said three shots were fired into the home in the 2500 block of W. 133rd Circle at about 1:30 p.m.
Four people were in the home at the time of the shooting, but no one was hit, police said.
