News Corp.’s MySpace agreed to buy iLike, a website that lets users share recommendations on songs, pushing deeper into music services after being surpassed as the largest social-networking website by Face book Inc.

Closely held iLike, founded in 2006 by two brothers, has 55 million users, MySpace said Wednesday in a statement.

Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
