From “Mr. Boston Official Bartender’s Guide.”
Ingredients
2 ounces lemon juice
2 teaspoons superfine sugar
2 ounces gin
Champagne, chilled
Directions
Stir first three ingredients in Collins glass. Add ice cubes, fill with champagne, stir. Garnish with a slice of lemon or orange and a maraschino cherry. Serve with straws.
