HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo.—Federal agents investigating a drug case say they uncovered an arsenal in a south suburban Denver home that allegedly includes 13 grenades, military C-4 explosive, a machine gun and a silencer.

Forty-six-year-old Lance Migliaccio faces several charges, including possession of ecstasy with intent to distribute and carrying a firearm in drug trafficking. He faces at least 30 years in prison if convicted.

U.S. Attorney Dave Gaouette said agents found the 40mm grenades used in grenade launchers along with the explosive during a search of a two-story stucco and stone house earlier this month.

An indictment handed up Thursday added weapons charges to a June 25 indictment on drug charges.

U.S. attorney spokesman Jeff Dorschner said Migliaccio remained in custody Friday. A message left for Migliaccio’s attorneys was not immediately returned.
