OAKLAND, Calif. — The foster parents of a missing 5-year-old disabled boy have been arrested on suspicion of murder, police said.
Louis Ross and Jennifer Campbell were questioned Friday by investigators in the case of Hasanni Campbell, who has cerebral palsy, said Oakland police spokesman Jeff Thomason.
The couple were arrested separately within an hour of each other, Thomason said. He said police have not recovered the boy’s body.
