CULIACAN, Sinaloa — Authorities say gunmen opened fire on a crowd partying at a seaside boulevard, killing eight people. Prosecutors’ spokesman Martin Robles said a 15-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl were among the victims of the shooting Saturday night in Navolato, Sinaloa state.
