Colorado Public Utilities Commission will hold public hearings in Buena Vista and Greeley for public comment on an Atmos Energy request to increase its gas-distribution rates by $3.93 million. The Buena Vista meeting will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the Buena Vista Public Library. The Greeley meeting will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Sept. 15 at the Weld County Centennial Center, 915 10th St.
