A 21-year-old Missouri man faces charges that he tried to solicit sex from a 10-year-old girl in Northglenn and a 13-year-old from Arvada, metro police officials said today.

Police were notified when Troy Johnson of Sikeston, Mo., made plans to drive to Colorado to have sex with the 13-year-old.

Johnson was arrested by authorities in Missouri and will be extradited to Colorado to face charges of Internet luring of child, according to Northglenn police.
