A woman who claimed she was raped and beaten by two Parker police officers on June 13 is now facing false-reporting charges after her story was undermined by a video tape.
According to 9News, Emily Petersen, 22, of Castle Rock had been drinking at the Tailgate Tavern & Grill in Parker when she got into an argument with a bartender at closing time.
Two police officers escorted her from the bar, which was captured on surveillance tapes inside and outside the bar, including Petersen walking outside and away from the bar, the television station said.
Peterson claimed the two officers had assaulted her.
