FITNESS TOGETHER HOLDINGS INC.: Named Dan Colbourne executive vice president and chief financial officer. Colbourne was formerly senior vice president and CFO of Comex Group Inc., formally known as Professional Paint Inc. Fitness Together also promoted Charles Van Gundy to vice president of finance and accounting and elected John Adams, Tom Auth and Debra Koenig to the board of directors.

PORTER ADVENTIST HOSPITAL: Announced that Dr. Peter Kennealey has joined as surgical director of kidney transplant with Porter Kidney Transplant Services. Kennealey will also be on staff at SurgOne PC surgical group.

THE HEUGA CENTER FOR MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS: Named John Shipp president of the board of directors. He joined the board in 2006.
