CHEYENNE, Wyo.—In a Sept. 13 story about Xcel Energy’s rejection of Wyoming wind bids as part of the company’s resource plan, The Associated Press reported erroneously the cost of the Wyoming-Colorado Intertie transmission project. The estimated cost is $300 million, not $3 million.
