Christian Siriano, winner of “Project Runway’s” fourth season, is a busy guy. Not only is he now regularly showing his collection at New York Fashion Week and producing clothes for stores, he has secured a couple of lucrative licenses. The latest: Siriano has joined such designers as Lela Rose and Alice+Olivia in creating a shoe line for Payless. His first collection recently arrived in stores and on the company’s website, with looks selling for $30-$50. The seven styles include flats, a cone-heel pump, a peep-toe style and the Slither boot, left. See the lineup at .
