COLUMBIA, S.C. — A 20-year-old man has confessed to slaying four members of his family, stalking them through their South Carolina home.
Nathan Dickson pleaded guilty Monday to four counts of murder and received four consecutive sentences of life without parole. He did not say why he killed his father, stepmother, stepsister and younger brother in April 2008.
Dickson was arrested hours after the killing after riding four-wheelers with a friend.
