CAIRO — Al-Qaeda has released a new 106- minute-long video to mark the eighth anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks and predicted the fall of President Barack Obama at the hands of the Muslim world. The Arabic-language video, released on militant websites Tuesday, featured a review of the events of the past year and comments from several al-Qaeda figures.
