• In a Sept. 23 brief on Page 2B about the death of a Fort Carson soldier in Afghanistan, The Associated Press, relying on information provided by the Army, incorrectly reported that 264 Fort Carson soldiers had been killed in combat in Iraq. The correct number was 255.
• Because of a reporting error, a story on Page 1A on Monday mis identified the location of the Stapleton neighborhood. The development is in northeast Denver.
