LIMON — A prison on the Eastern Plains has been partially locked down and programs suspended because of a possible outbreak of swine flu.
State corrections officials say 17 inmates in the Limon Correctional Facility about 90 miles east of Denver have flulike symptoms, including a fever. Another 53 inmates have similar symptoms but no fever.
