Opus Northwest announced the start of construction on the second phase of the Lincoln Commons Retail District at Ridgegate on Wednesday.
The mixed-use community in Lone Tree will add approximately 100,000 square feet of retail space with completion slated for next summer.
The first phase, completed in 2005, includes a Super Target, a two-level parking deck and a multitenant retail building.
